Dear Sir,

I am thankful to you for positive consideration given to  my feed-back under reference. Yesterday morning I reported GK at 9.15 AM for taking Avastin injection and I was out of the hospital at 10.25 AM. Everything was completed within 1 Hr and 10 Mins. This could become possible since Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain was personally monitored.

Sir, one thing is very clear that reduction in time is very well possible but every time and every patient can not be monitored personally by a big hospital like yours. Life of such a large reduction in time in one go (by personal monitoring) is very short. I feel, it is necessary to study and monitor the system and corrective action may be taken based on the analysis, for long term solution of the problem.

Once again, I thank you and your staff for prompt and positive action taken on my feed-back.
