We are very thankful to GKH.
My daughter Diya jain(four months ) was suffering from PDA (An heart problem ) by birth we were consulting  from Medanta hospital indore (Dr. Shailendra trivedi) for 3 months .on11 August 2018 suddenly she started breathing heavily and we admitted her to Medanta they started the treatment from the point of view of heart and didn't even diagnose the pneumonia she was actually suffering from. On 13 August her lungs collapsed and they put her on venti n dr says that there r no chances of survival otherwise we go for open heart surgery than there will be 50 percent chance.we took second opinion from other senior doctor no one suggested the open surgery.but they were telling for device closure.we requested dr. Sandeep shrivastava the heart surgeon of Medanta for device closure but he didn't agree.n pressurised us for surgery. Even they don't have any PICU or nursery. After 14 days on venti Dr sandeep shrivastava gave us a threat that if we r not going for open surgery shift diya to other hospital.such a irresponsible behaviour we face after 17 Days n they charged us Rs 3.8 lacs they were telling us that.  Well by the suggestion of sir Dr RAVI RANJAN TRIPATHI. We shifted to GREATER KAILASH HOSPITAL on 27 August .On 29 August they done the device closure on 5 September  she came out of venti and she is very fine now we are about to discharge in few days the pneumonia treatment and other physical treatment goes under DR HIMANSHU KELKAR SIR . We are very thankful to GREATER KAILASH HOSPITAL that we shifted here All staff is so nice here.

Nursing staff is so caring nursery is well maintained. The coordinators metron are listen to every problem and take review for every day.Duty doctors are very fine people they give right directions. I m great full to all staff members they save life of my daughter.  N specially to Dr Kelkar sir nd Dr TRIPATHI sir
