He is a consulting endocrinologist, super specialist in treating diabetes,
thyroid disorders, obesity & hormonal problems. He has done DNB endocrinology
training from Hyderabad and later at AIIMS, New Delhi.  Dr Verma did training in
endocrine laboratory techniques from prestigious National Institute of Nutrition
(ICMR).
His areas of special interest are obesity management, pediatric/female endocrine
disorders. Dr Verma has published more than 30 research work in various indexed
national and international journals. He is reviewer of national and
international journals.
Dr Verma is a certified speaker by American Diabetes Association (ADA). He has
given lectures at international, national and state level conferences. He
regularly takes CME’s for physicians, gynecologists, pediatricians, family
physicians etc on the latest advancements in field of endocrinology.
He has done number of camps for early detection of diabetes, thyroid
dysfunction, and osteoporosis and also conducted various awareness programs at
community level for obesity, diabetes management.
