Dr. RAVi Ranjan Tripathi performed a Balloon Coarctoplasty in a 1.4 kg preterm neonate, one of the twins born of IVF pregnancy at GK Hospital. Baby had severe Coarctation and severe LV dysfunction. Using axillary approach and 4.5 mm coronary balloon. Complete abolition of the gradient and improved LV function.
